Haseeb Hameed says he never doubts the effort or commitment from his side after Nottinghamshire endured a difficult day three in Hove.

The captain called on his charges to fight until the last on the final day as the Green and Golds bid to keep their chances in the game alive.

Hameed admitted he was disappointed with the manner of his own dismissal, but has full belief the capabilities are within his side to come back from the edge.
